With a strong background as a real estate investor, Abdulrahman Aljaber witnessed first-hand the major challenges and recurring mistakes in the property market. Driven by a vision to bring change, he founded Mieyar Real Estate Consultancy to help clients and investors make the right decisions through transparency, knowledge, and strategic guidance.

His experience in investment gave him a deep understanding of buyer behavior, market gaps, and the risks that often lead to poor decisions or unsuccessful ventures. Through his firm, he is committed to delivering tailored solutions and guiding clients toward real opportunities that ensure long-term value and sustainable growth.

Aljaber strongly believes that trust and knowledge are the foundations of success in real estate. His mission is to build lasting relationships with clients by providing accurate insights, honest advice, and a clear vision in a highly competitive and fast-changing market.

Moumin Hussien is a seasoned real estate consultant and co-founder of Mieyar Real Estate, with over 10 years of experience in real estate, investment, and entrepreneurship. His journey into the industry began by coincidence when he first moved to Dubai for aviation studies. What started as a simple rental experience quickly turned into a passion for property investment, leading him from managing clients’ properties as a broker to becoming a trusted consultant and business founder.

Over the years, Moumin has proudly guided more than 300 investors in achieving their investment goals, always prioritizing transparency, market knowledge, and a partnership-driven approach. For him, consulting is not just about transactions—it is about sharing success with clients and building strategies that align with their dreams.
